Car Keys in Apple Wallet reportedly coming to the GMW Tank As spotted by MacRumors, new backend code suggests Apple could soon expand Car Keys in Apple Wallet support to GWM’s Tank vehicles. Several GWM models already support Apple CarPlay, including the Tank 300, Tank 400, Tank 500, and Tank 700, in addition to vehicles sold under its Haval, Ora, Wey, and Poer brands. Today’s news comes just days after new backend code suggested that Car Keys support would also come to Volkswagen vehicles, as Apple continues expanding the feature following recent launches from Toyota and Rivian. In 2025, Apple announced that 13 additional vehicle brands would adopt Car Keys, including GWM-owned Wey, alongside Acura, Cadillac, Chery, Chevrolet, GMC, Hongqi, Lucid, Porsche, Rivian, Smart, Tata Motors, and Voyah.
