Investigators spent months examining the account and the material being shared before identifying Simran Mander as the individual believed to be operating the profile.Following the required consent of the Attorney General to proceed with the case, Mander was taken into custody. Officials stated that the force remains committed to investigating hate-motivated incidents and holding those responsible accountable.The allegations have not yet been proven in court.
