Calvary Christian (Fla.) star Cayden Daughtry to feature in Nike Peach Jam action

The Elite Eight of the Nike Peach Jam Bracket is set to get underway today in North Carolina. Across the tournament so far, Clearwater Calvary Christian (Fla.) five-star Cayden Daughtry has led the way in scoring, averaging 34.8 points for the Florida Rebels. Meanwhile, Eagles Landing (Ga.) five-star AJ Williams has also been one of the top performers at the tournament, averaging 21.0 points for CP3. After transferring to Eagles Landing, Williams averaged 31.8 points, 12.7 rebounds, 2.8 assists, and 1.6 steals per game in 2025. Over the course of the Nike EYBL circuit, there have been many who have named Daughtry as the top prospect in the class of 2027 after his performances in EYBL play and for the FIBA U17 team at the World Cup. He currently sits at No.9 nationally according to Rivals Industry Rankings. The actual top prospect from the class of 2027 in Peach Jam action today is Orlando Southeastern Prep (Fla.) star Beckham Black, who ranks No. 3 nationally. Finishing the season with a 16.4 point average, Black helped guide Southeastern Prep to a Grind Session World Championship final. Black put up a double-double with 16 points and 11 assists in a defeat against Prolific Prep (Calif.) In today’s Elite Eight bracket, with AB Elite, Black takes on Nightrydas, led by Daytona Beach DME Academy (Fla.) four-star Ryan Hampton.
