Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 Pre-Order Bonus Is A Series X25 Weapon Skin

It launched a limited edition Series X in that color, and now it’s giving people who pre-order Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 on its platform a blueprint that looks like it’s made out of the same plastic. "We Bleed Green" Xbox The Xbox 25th anniversary edition of the Inner Circuit Weapon Blueprint got its official reveal on the Xbox Twitter account. The skin gives the weapon a translucent green makeover, puts a glowing green Xbox logo on the side, and has an X25 logo on the grip. The anniversary skin is exclusively available to those who pre-order the game on Series X|S, and seemingly locked to the digital version. The Xbox part makes sense. It would be a little odd if those who plan to play on PS5 were given an Xbox-themed blueprint as a thank you for buying the game before release day. However, the exclusivity of this particular blueprint goes a step beyond PS5 players not being able to own it. PS5 And PC Players Won't Be Able To See It Xbox If you’re playing Modern Warfare 4 on anything other than an Xbox, you won’t even be able to see it. Highlighted by NextGenPlayer, if you’re playing multiplayer on PC or PS5 and you encounter an enemy with the anniversary version of the Inner Circuit Blueprint equipped, you won’t be able to see it. It will just look like a regular grey gun as opposed to the fancy translucent green one that player was given for pre-ordering the game. Not giving the blueprint to PS5 and PC players is one thing, but not even having it appear on other platforms seems like a little much, maybe even counterintuitive. It’s a good-looking skin and one people are excited about, as the replies to its reveal prove. Surely Xbox wants players who buy Modern Warfare 4 on other platforms to see it, get jealous, and perhaps consider buying the next Call of Duty on Xbox since its publisher might give them more bonuses for doing so. Call of Duty was the series Xbox wanted most when it paid almost $70 billion for Activision Blizzard, but how it’s using the series has been a learning curve. Putting new CoD titles on Game Pass hasn’t had the effect Xbox thought it might. That’s why Modern Warfare 4 will not be included in any tier of Game Pass at launch. The new system moving forward will be to add new Call of Duty titles a year after they’re released. So Modern Warfare 4 won’t be on Game Pass until the next game in the series comes along to replace it.
