The Flames kick off the Farewell Season on Sunday, Sept. 20, with a pre-season game against the Seattle Kraken, before opening the 2026–27 regular season at home against the Kraken on Thursday, Oct. 1.The home schedule will also give fans the chance to see every NHL opponent visit the Saddledome one last time, alongside a lineup of theme nights, special celebrations and fan experiences throughout the season. Highlights include the Battle of Alberta, with the Flames hosting the Oilers on March 3 and March 23, while the defending Stanley Cup champion Carolina Hurricanes will make their lone appearance at the ’Dome on Sunday, Oct. 18.With significant demand anticipated throughout the Farewell Season, fans are encouraged to secure their seats early.
