Cadence ranked No. 1 best-selling master plan in Vegas
The east Henderson master-planned community, Cadence, topped the list as the No. 1 selling master plan in the Las Vegas Valley during the first quarter of this year. That development, along with Lake Las Vegas, helped Henderson reach nearly 30 percent of the region’s new homes sales.
