Caap says 13 flights affected due to habagat rains
MANILA, Philippines – A total of 13 flights were affected on Monday due to inclement weather brought by the southwest monsoon, or habagat, the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (Caap) reported. Caap said eight flights were diverted to other airports, while three were subject to missed approaches and two had to make go-around attempts.
