B*Witched singer’s ex-husband charged with harassment after ‘showing up at her home’

Nathaniel Comer, 45, is alleged to have repeatedly contacted the C’est La Vie hitmaker against her wishes and turned up at her home without warning. He appeared at Warrington Combined Court charged with harassment without violence, where he pleaded not guilty. According to court documents, the alleged harassment took place over a period of almost seven months, between July 14, 2024 and February 11, 2025. Comer is accused of sending Lynch ‘repeated messages’ as well as attending her home ‘unannounced.’ He was remanded on unconditional bail following the hearing and is due to return to the same court on December 17. The couple separated in 2023 after six years of marriage. Lynch rose to fame in the late 1990s alongside her twin sister Edele Lynch as members of Irish girl group B*Witched. The sisters formed the band with Lindsay Armaou and Sinéad O’Carroll, quickly becoming one of the era’s biggest pop acts. Their debut track C’est La Vie was followed to the top spot by Rollercoaster, To You I Belong, and Blame It on the Weatherman. Across their original run between 1998 and 2002, the group released two albums and eight singles, with every one of their singles reaching the UK Top 20. A decade later, all four members reunited to take part in ITV2 reality series The Big Reunion, which followed a number of former pop groups as they prepared to return to the stage. Away from music, Lynch subsequently pursued a career in counselling. In 2014, she completed a degree qualifying her as a humanistic counsellor and later established her own practice in Kingston-upon-Thames.
