Now, the outlet is offering customers the chance to snap up furniture with up to 70 per cent off. The closing down sale has been launched as the unit on Bennett Street is set to cease trading on September 30. The move comes amid LOFT’s plans to consolidate the business and move operations to a new 45,000 square foot HQ, over five miles away in Trafford Park. And it’s not just unwanted stock that they’re trying to shift. LOFT has slashed prices across all of its goods ahead of the move, in what’s been called its “biggest and best value” sale. In an announcement shared on the LOFT website, a countdown to the closing date can be seen alongside a statement that says: “We’re moving! Most read in Money “So the LOFT Warehouse Outlet is officially closing 30th September. Don’t miss out on visiting Manchester’s highest rated furniture outlet…” Customers will be able to secure bargains on sofas, beds, dining sets, chairs, coffee tables and other homeware pieces, when the outlet is open from 9am to 5pm on Monday to Friday. The majority of the furniture is ex display, samples or pre-loved, giving homemakers the chance to enjoy luxury items for less. With discounts of up to 70 per cent available up until the closing date, Benjamin Hall, who is the Founder and CEO of LOFT, told The Manc: “As we settle into our new home at Trafford Park, we want a completely clean slate. “Whether you’re a homeowner after a one-off bargain, or a landlord, agent or developer furnishing multiple units on a budget, there has never been a better time to visit.” Comment now
