Brandon Sanderson's Mistborn Celebrating 20th Anniversary With A Brand-New Adventure

Back on 17 July this year, Mistborn celebrated its 20th anniversary. Created by author Brandon Sanderson, the Mistborn trilogy tells the story of magical beings known as Allomancers, individuals who can consume metal in order to wield world-changing powers. First released in 2006, before welcoming two other books in its first era, Mistborn was an instant hit, and despite having plenty of other series under his belt, is still considered one of Sanderson's best. "Later this year, we'll also get a full Mistborn RPG, expanding Brotherwise's existing Cosmere RPG beyond the boundaries of the Stormlight Archive," the post reads. "The expansion will include brand-new miniatures, a rules' handbook, a world guide for Scadrial, and an era spanning adventure." Joining the Mistborn: The Deckbuilding Game saga, this brand-new release features three hardcover books based on Sanderson's best-selling Mistborn series. Whilst The Mistborn Handbook and Mistborn World Guide provide both lore and rules for the first two eras of the Mistborn world, The Mistborn Legacy "adventure explores both settings with a story that unfolds over generations!"
