Braden Smith, Pacers Sign Two-Way Contract
The Indiana Pacers signed Braden Smith to a Two-Way contract. The recent departure of Ethan Thompson to Partizan created a roster spot for the Pacers to sign Smith. Smith was the 38th overall pick out in the 2026 NBA draft out of Purdue. Smith appeared in five Summer League games with the Pacers, averaging 6.8 points, 4.4 rebounds and 7.0 assists in 26.8 minutes.
