(“Boralex” or the “Corporation“) (TSX: BLX) announced today that it has received all regulatory approvals required in connection with the closing of the previously-announced plan of arrangement under the Canada Business Corporations Act (the “Arrangement“) involving the Corporation and Brookfield, together with its institutional partners including Brookfield Renewable Partners, and La Caisse (formerly CDPQ).
