DEEP officials say an adult male was recovered from Stillwater Pond in Torrington Friday night by the Environmental Conservation Police. According to DEEP officials, EnCon police responded to the scene at around 7:30 p.m. for reports of a body recovered by Torrington police from Stillwater Pond.
