Blind vendors keep priority contracting

BALTIMORE, Md. — A federal court in Maryland ruled that Linda McMahon improperly granted Pete Hegseth’s request to eliminate priority contracting for blind vendors, siding with blind vendors, blind merchants associations and two state agencies in their claim that McMahon’s failure to provide a period of public comment and documentation to support her decision violated the Administrative Procedure Act.
