Anand.In a social media post, Mr. Nagenthran said the journalist was threatened and his mobile phone was taken away after he recorded visuals of party functionaries falling at the feet of Mr. Anand. The BJP leader further alleged that the videos were forcibly deleted from the device, calling it an attack on the fourth pillar of democracy.Describing the incident as an attack on press freedom, Mr. Nagenthran said it reflected growing intolerance towards the media.
