He described it as “AAP Loot Model”.Mr. Bhandari mentioned a rape case accused who was arrested on May 13 and granted bail on July 10. He referred to three audio recordings, raising questions about the alleged role of the Chief Minister’s office, and sought a clarification from Mr. Kejriwal and Mr. Mann.
