THIS is the shocking moment a group of naked men are caught running down a busy street, landing them in hot water. In chilly conditions, the group reportedly sprinted all the way down Tedder Avenue – which is lined by high-end restaurants – and back again. People heading out for dinner could do nothing but stop and stare as the pack of naked men went tearing past them. Wilful exposure carries a fine of $345 (£180) in Queensland, while public nuisance can see offenders charged over $500 (£260). Acting Chief Superintendent Brett Jackson said authorities would investigate if it “comes into our knowledge that something has occurred and caused distress to someone”. “That behaviour isn’t what we want to see on the Gold Coast and it won’t be tolerated,” he added.
