Celebrity fans of its £155 suede ‘Boston’ shoes include Kendall Jenner and Katie Holmes. It follows roaring demand for Birkenstock sandals which featured in the 2023 Barbie film, starring Margot Robbie.Birkenstock reported growth across all regions, including 18 per cent in the Asia-Pacific and 15pc in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. It stuck with its existing annual profit forecast of €1.90 to €2.05 per share.Birkenstock chief executive Oliver Reichert said: ‘We performed exceptionally well in the third quarter and once again demonstrated the strength of our brand.‘Our closed-toe share of business continues to expand led by newness in both clogs and shoes.
