The Bills announced a pair of roster moves on Friday morning. They have signed cornerback D.J. Miller to their active roster. Safety Wande Owens was waived in a corresponding move. Miller was undrafted in 2024 and spent time with the Lions and Chiefs before moving on to the UFL the last two seasons. He played for Columbus in 2026 and had 24 tackles, a tackle for loss and three interceptions. He also had two interceptions for Michigan during the 2025 season. Owens was waived with an injury by the Bills ahead of the 2025 season and returned to the team this year.
