Brian Cameron, 32, has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving, driving while disqualified and causing death by driving while uninsured and unlicensed.He is expected to appear at Nottingham Magistrates' Court on Wednesday. Nottinghamshire Police said the boy, named in social media tributes as Robert, was pronounced dead at the scene on Churchill Drive, Newark, on Sunday.The youngster had been riding on the same bike as a 24-year-old man who was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving. He remains in hospital with serious injuries.It is believed the motorbike was travelling in a convoy with another bike before the crash took place at around 6pm.The rider of the second bike left the scene before police arrived. That led to the arrest of a second suspect on Monday. Floral tributes and a balloon have since been laid against a fence near the crash scene, with a can of Red Bull stood upright on the pavement nearby.
