Big League Chew trade secrets leaked

CHICAGO — A federal court in Illinois allowed trade secrets claims to proceed against two former executives of Ford Gum & Machine Co., the maker of Big League Chew shredded chewing gum. The former executives and two related business entities are accused of sharing the company’s confidential information with competitors who sought to replace it as the exclusive licensee for Big League Chew.
