Big Brother punishment sparks another furious row as Jedward brand housemate ‘posh brat’

Following a mass punishment for breaking the golden rule of not discussing nominations, housemates clashed once more. The chaos culminated in twins John and Edward Grimes being ordered to ‘get the f**k out’ after ‘wasting food’ and telling everyone exactly what they thought of them. Well, the Irish X Factor stars were sent into the House for Double Trouble week to stir things up, and no one can say they haven’t succeeded. Footage from tonight’s episode shows Big Brother gathering the remaining housemates on the sofas and sternly reminding them: ‘It is against the rules for housemates to discuss nominations with each other. The rules have been broken.’ Big Brother then reveals two conversations involving Chelsey, Frankie, Omar, and Rhianna, plus Frankie, Pauline and Yasmin, in which nominations were spoken about. The Big Brother housemates have been punished for breaking the rules (Picture: Shutterstock for Big Brother) As for the consequences, they are told: ‘It’s time to clean up your act, and what better way to do that than clean up the Big Brother House?’ The culprits change into their cleaning attire and get to work, and Jedward waste no time in making the most of it. Edward says, ‘Oh, John spilt a drink,’ feigning innocence before Yasmin catches them deliberately making a mess in the kitchen. ‘Don’t do that,’ she shouts. ‘He’s throwing yoghurt on the f***ing floor.’ Rhianna tells them they are ‘wasting our food’, to which John replies: ‘I know you’ve never cleaned up in your life, but you’re now a cleaner, so you’ve got to go clean that, please.’ Chelsey says, ‘You two have just got an issue with us, but I find it funny now,’ to which John insists he does not. ‘Yes, you do,’ Rhianna chimes in, adding: ‘It’s just weird. You’re literally the age of a f***ing grandpa.’ John, 34, fires back: ‘You’re a posh brat.’ Lynx then appears to declare, ‘Who gives a toss?’, telling Jedward to ‘get the f**k out’ and branding them ‘idiots’. As the siblings appear with their suitcases, they mimic leaving the House, but not without one last quip, telling Lynx they’ll ‘see his girlfriend’ on the outside. One ball claimed, ‘Lynx has a girlfriend’, which he denied, having grown close with fellow housemate Chelsey and even sharing a kiss with her. Another ball said, ‘There is still a secret mole in there,’ while a third said Tiffany Pollard would be entering the show, after which the voice of Big Brother ordered: ‘This is Big Brother. Would all housemates go inside immediately.’ The latest ITV series of Big Brother has proven a real hit with audiences, who are living for the drama. Commenting on the latest bust-up, @torchofthenorth wrote on Instagram: ‘This series doesn’t stop GIVING 😍❤️’ ‘More drama in less than two weeks this series than the whole of ours 😭’, commented 2025 housemate Emily Hewertson. Everyone say thank you to the casting team 😂’, wrote @snurll. Meanwhile, Millie Jarrett, the first housemate to be evicted last week, is getting FOMO: ‘omg I wish I was there’. So far, housemates Johanne and Rochelle have argued over religion and admitted just days in that they ‘really don’t like’ each other. Then, Rochelle was accused of ‘fat-shaming’ 19-year-old Millie when the teen spoke about her weight loss surgery and was told she just needed to ‘put her mind to it’ by Rochelle, who said she has ‘seen what she eats’. And last night, things got even spicier when Jedward splashed Lynx from the hot tub in what was dubbed the ‘biggest row ever’.
