We’re now several weeks into the ITV reality series, and during that time Omar has been on-and-off dating co-star Rhianna. But the pair have clashed more than once, and this reached a climax in Monday night’s episode. As the pair launched into yet another spat, Rhianna admitted that she didn’t like the way he spoke to her, to which Omar told her to ‘f**k off’. Rhianna decided to end things with him, saying: ‘I want to be okay with you. But this is not going anywhere. ‘Maybe it was just, this whole thing was just a bad idea. Because I just don’t think it’s going anywhere.’ But her decision to break things off didn’t go down well. ‘You’ve really f***ed me off by saying what you said,’ he told her menacingly. The audience was left utterly shocked at how he treated Rhianna (Picture: Shutterstock for Big Brother) When she replied: ‘I don’t want to do this tonight,’ he doubled down, shouting: ‘You don’t want to do it tonight but I can’t sleep on it. I am not a loser!’ The jewellery seller’s hot-and-cold behaviour has left a bad taste in fans’ mouths, and fans chanted for him to ‘get out’ of the house during the live show. When Rhianna tried to engage with him, he gave her the cold shoulder. She then confided in Yasmin about how confused she was by her treatment. ‘I don’t know what’s wrong with Omar, but it’s literally making me feel like I’ve constantly been doing something wrong. ‘If he’s just in a mood or something, fine. But like it’s just making me feel like I’m going crazy,’ she said. Indeed, his latest outburst has added to fans’ resolve to see him gone. One X user, Criostoir, wrote: ‘Omar needs a warning for his emotionally abusive behaviour. That is NOT okay,’ and listed all his red-flag phrases. There’s mounting backlash, calling for his removal (Picture: Shutterstock for Big Brother) ‘If Big Brother doesn’t remove Omar from the house, I’m not watching anymore his behaviour is disgusting; imagine what ITV has not shown if this is what is put on TV,’ Sunny agreed. ‘For all the young people seeing Omar’s behaviour and thinking it’s okay… you should know that this is a brilliant display of narcissistic and abusive behaviour so I don’t recommend following in his steps,’ Different condemned. Rina said it was ‘just plain disturbing and uncomfortable’ to watch their interactions, while elliceev labelled him ‘extremely dangerous’ and declared there needed to be ‘consequences’. People have been chanting for him to be removed (Picture: Shutterstock for Big Brother) Over on TikTok, more viewers were sharing a similar sentiment. Influencer and radio presenter Dean McCullough said that he ‘needs to be removed from the Big Brother house’. ‘Those scenes that we had to watch tonight and the behaviour that Rhianna had to endure is completely unacceptable’, and he called his treatment of his co-star ‘abusive and toxic’. TikToker Cam said he ‘really can’t stand’ Omar, calling him ‘horrible’, with many in the comments claiming they have complained to Ofcom. So far, Omar remains in the house with a new episode set to air tonight as usual. It’s been a controversial season of the show, with other contestants also embroiling themselves in scandal. Big Brother star Rochelle has been criticised for her interactions with Black co-stars Lynx and Johanne. And several more were blasted for displaying ‘hideous transphobia’.
