Beyoncé’s 30 Biggest Solo Hits on the Billboard Hot 100, From ‘Crazy in Love’ to ‘Texas Hold ‘Em’

But before diving into her biggest hits as the mononymous, standalone performer the world knows her as today, it’s important to note that Bey had already scored four No. 1 hits on the Billboard Hot 100 well before her solo debut. How? Say their name: Destiny’s Child, the R&B group that became one of the biggest acts worldwide at the turn of the millennium — first as a quartet with Beyoncé, LaToya Luckett, Kelly Rowland and LaTavia Roberson, and later a trio with Beyoncé, Rowland and Michelle Williams. Across its lineups, Destiny’s Child notched a total of 14 entries on the Hot 100 — 10 of which were top 10 hits — before disbanding in 2006. When she later set her sights on a one-woman endeavor, Bey was an immediate success. The Houston native’s lead single from her first album, “Crazy in Love” — recorded with future husband Jay-Z — spent a whopping eight weeks at No. 1 in 2003 and remains one of her signature songs and biggest hits to date. In the coming years, Beyoncé became a regular fixture atop the Hot 100, returning to the summit with songs such as the Sean Paul-assisted “Baby Boy,” “Irreplaceable” and “Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It).” While her intentions shifted to prioritizing more creative album and experience-centered releases in the 2010s, Beyoncé continued to drop hits from her own albums “Drunk in Love,” another Jay-Z teamup “7/11” and by partnering with a range of pop stars across genre lines. She and Lady Gaga collaborated for the No. 3 hit “Telephone,” while she reached the same rank through a remix of J Balvin and Willy William’s “Mi Gente.” Furthermore, she found Hot 100-topping results when she joined forces with Ed Sheeran for a 2017 duet version of his track “Perfect” and linked up with her fellow Houstonian Megan Thee Stallion for a “Savage” remix in 2020. Upon returning to her own projects, Beyoncé continued to push the boundaries beyond her traditional pop/R&B material with the dance/house-inspired Renaissance and the genre-exploratory Cowboy Carter, with the twangy “Texas Hold ‘Em,” for instance, making Bey the first Black woman to ever top the Hot Country Songs chart in addition to ruling the Hot 100 for two weeks.
