Beach hazards statement in place for parts of Upstate NY until Thursday morning
On Tuesday at 5:41 p.m. a beach hazards statement was issued by the National Weather Service valid from 6 p.m. until Thursday 6 a.m. for Niagara, Orleans, Monroe, Wayne, Cayuga, Oswego and Jefferson counties.
