She said: “I had a bit of a wardrobe malfunction with the dress that I was supposed to be wearing today so I’ve gone back to my trusty polka dot number.” She was already almost spilling out of the outfit, but she risked another wardrobe malfunction of a different kind as she tried to show off the outfit.
