A bar manager who won a spectacular £3.5million clifftop mansion in an online prize draw has called last orders on his luxury home - after spending just one summer there.Darren Summers, 50, scooped the four-bedroomed seaside home in south-east Cornwall after spending £20 on the winning entry to an Omaze draw in June.He was pouring pints during a busy shift at his pub in South Wales when he discovered he was the new owner of the contemporary home set above panoramic Downderry Beach - along with £250,000 in cash.He celebrated by telling customers at the Pencelli Hotel in Treorchy that 'drinks are on the house'.However, the Daily Mail can reveal that after spending the summer entertaining friends and relatives at the property, Mr Summers and wife Rebecca, 36, have decided to put the mortgage-free home on the market.Instead, the couple plan to bank the proceeds, retire early and buy a 'slightly smaller' coastal home in Britain.They also hope to buy a holiday home in Europe - while Mr Summers is considering using part of his newfound fortune to invest in a bar of his own.He said: 'We've spent the most incredible summer of our lives living at the house, we've made amazing memories with friends and family that we'll treasure forever.
