Barbara Palvin Is Pregnant, Expecting First Baby With Dylan SprouseA new Sprouse is checking into the Tipton. After all, Dylan Sprouse and Barbara Palvin are expecting their first baby together, the couple confirmed May 14. The couple shared a joint Instagram post alongside a photo of themselves at the 2026 Cannes Film Festival in France—in which Barbara and Dylan cradled her growing baby bump—as well as a sonogram and another of them holding up a rock on hand sign. The announcement comes seven months after the Victoria's Secret angel—who tied the knot with the Suite Life of Zack & Cody alum in 2023—shared insight into her health following her endometriosis diagnosis. "I had the surgery in June and it's like day and night," she told E! News ahead of the 2025 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show that October. "The difference is so crazy. Obviously, it's something that's still very under-researched." While the procedure is "not a cure" for the condition—which causes endometrial tissue to grow outside of the uterus and can affect fertility—it did alleviate her symptoms.Throughout her health journey, Barbara was grateful to lean on her husband. "Dylan's been extremely supportive," she added, "and helped me through the whole recovery process and everything." The All-Wise Meadery founder has always been Barbara's biggest cheerleader. In fact, he raised awareness for the condition while attending the VS Fashion Show, where his wife was walking. "I brought this endometriosis awareness pin because Barbara just went through endo surgery," he told E! News at the time. "She was so strong to go through that herself." "Once she posted about it, turns out a ton of people reached out to her, a ton of women who had experienced the same things," Dylan, 33, explained. "Some people were even reaching out and saying, 'I didn't realize I had those symptoms until I got diagnosed [after] seeing you post about it.'" "For some years now, I've been dealing with the difficulties that can come with my periods," the 32-year-old wrote on Instagram that August. "Fatigue, severe pain, heavy and irregular flow, sleepless nights on the bathroom floor. I thought this was just how it works for me." Eventually, she was able to work with a specialist to discuss next steps, which for her, included the operation. "Since then, I finally experienced a period that was easier, and now I know the difference," she explained. "I'm excited about this new chapter of my life and now ready to get back to work."
