Photography and videography inside the school premises have also been prohibited without permission. The department said the move follows instances of outsiders entering schools and making photographs and videos of school staff and activities before sharing them on social media. Such activities, according to the order, can affect the teaching-learning process and the dignity of the teaching profession. The order directed all concerned schools and officials to ensure strict compliance with the instructions.
