At least two injured in explosion near German train station

At least two people have been injured following an explosion at a train station in southern Germany, police have said.Officials said an unidentified object exploded in a building passageway near Augsburg's main train station.Several people sustained minor injuries, while windows were also damaged.A statement from Schwaben North Police said: "A major police operation is currently taking place in Augsburg on Bahnhofstr."Halderstrasse / Hübnerstrasse, Bahnhofstrase / Hübnerstrasse, and Viktoriastrasse / Bahnhofstrasse are closed.
