AT least 21 people have been killed after multiple vehicles smashed into each other in South Africa. Two minibus taxis reportedly crashed head-on, with a third vehicle colliding with them moments later in the Western Cape Province. The crash happened on the N1 highway between the towns of Prince Albert and Leeu-Gamka, around 236 miles east of Cape Town.
