NEW ORLEANS — A Louisiana federal court denied a child care development center’s motion to dismiss associational disability discrimination claims brought by the legal guardians of a 3-year-old boy with autism. He was allegedly excluded from full-time enrollment and his attendance was reduced to two hours per day, denying the parents equal access to full-time child care so they could earn a day’s pay.
