Police said the reason behind his death was being ascertained.BTC chief and Bodoland People’s Party president Hagrama Mohilary mourned the Deputy Speaker’s death.“I am deeply saddened by the untimely demise of Sjt Bijit Gwra Narzary, from 26 No. Darrangajuli, Hon’ble Deputy Speaker of the Bodoland Territorial Council. His sudden passing is an irreparable loss to our community and public life,” Mr Mohilary said in a condolence message.“At this difficult hour, I extend my heartfelt condolences to his bereaved family, friends, colleagues and well-wishers. May the departed soul rest in eternal peace, and may the Almighty give his family strength to bear this profound loss,” he said.Former BTC chief and MP Pramod Boro, who heads the United People’s Party Liberal, also offered his condolences on Narzary’s demise. “I pray for the eternal peace of the departed soul and extend my heartfelt condolences to his family, loved ones, and all those mourning this immense loss.
