The entrepreneur toured its sprawling clubhouse, highlighting everything from landscaped walking trails to a snow room and private cinema.In a vlog, Grover offered a look at the facilities available to residents, explaining why he believes the development commands such a premium."They have created a different city altogether. It is nothing like India," Grover said during the tour.Grover, who currently lives in Delhi, revealed that he has rented out his apartment at Camellias and uses the clubhouse when he travels to Gurugram for work. Rather than focusing on the interiors of individual homes, he garnered attention to the shared spaces and the planning around the complex. A golf course borders the property, while a landscaped walking trail stretches for more than a kilometre nearby. For Grover, these open spaces are central to the experience residents are paying for."The real luxury is the cleanliness and the landscape," he said, pointing to the greenery and upkeep as features that distinguish the development. The facilities extend well beyond the usual gym and swimming pool. Residents can use an indoor pool, two outdoor pools, a jacuzzi, a sauna, a steam room and a snow room, which Grover identified as his personal favourite.There is also plenty to do after a workout. The clubhouse houses a bowling alley, karaoke facilities, a private movie theatre and gaming spaces. Those who prefer sports can access tennis, squash, table tennis and padel courts.The venue can host gatherings of up to 500 people, Grover said, describing a setup that allows residents to socialise, exercise and entertain guests without leaving the complex.He also referred to DLF Dahlias, another luxury residential project being developed by the company, suggesting that its amenities would raise the bar further.Watch the full vlog here: Despite offering viewers an extensive tour of the shared facilities, Grover did not reveal the interior of his apartment. He explained that tenants currently occupy the property and that he did not want to compromise their privacy. He may film a home tour after it becomes vacant and he moves back in.For Ashneer Grover, the appeal of Camellias lies in the ecosystem surrounding its apartments.
