A silhouette of the Premier League trophy and Women’s Champions Cup have been added either side of the year 2026 on an advertising hoarding below the upper tier. The addition is an update to the third tier hoarding, which wraps around the entire stadium and shows every trophy that the club has won. Three huge CHAMPIONS signs have also been put up above the Emirates Stadium’s club shop. Both alterations were on display for the first time when Arsenal lost to Borussia Dortmund yesterday. Goals from Ethan Nwaneri and Viktor Gyokeres were not enough for Mikel Arteta’s side. Samuele Inacio, Konstantinos Karetsas and Joane Gadou were on target as Arsenal suffered a 3-2 defeat and missed out on Emirates Cup glory. Arteta has been splashing the cash on reinforcements while adjustments are made to Arsenal’s home. Bruno Guimaraes joined in a £75million move from Newcastle last week and was unveiled to the fans before the meeting with Dortmund. That came after Illan Meslier’s arrival as a free agent and Piero Hincapie became a permanent member of the squad.
