Army brings additional charges against former Tripler gynecologist
The U.S. Army Office of Special Trial Counsel announced Wednesday that it has “preferred additional charges” against Maj. Blaine McGraw, an Army gynecologist who has been accused of secretly recording women during exams and other 
sexual misconduct in both Hawaii and Texas.
