Anthropic upgrades Claude’s computer use to run in the background on Mac

While computer use isn’t new for Claude on the desktop, running it in the background is a nice upgrade. Anthropic shared today that background computer use is available for Claude Code, only on macOS, for Pro and Max customers. It’s good to see Anthropic’s Claude Mac app improve their version. AI-driven computer use is a lot less helpful when it means giving over your cursor to the agent.
