Anthropic, Microsoft, OpenAI and Amazon join hands to help prepare Americans for AI at workplaces

With an initial investment of $500 million, the initiative aims to build a $1 billion platform offering guidance to state governments on workforce strategies. The project will start with pilot programs in Arkansas, Maryland, and Utah to explore AI-driven career navigation and worker support.
