It snakes under the wide blue sky of the West, in the long shadow of craggy mountains and hills that reach up to the sky and pierce the clouds. Centuries ago the Hohokam and Yavapai peoples traversed these parts, in addition to various other Native American traders bringing exotic goods and animals up from the Yucatán.
