Engaging in sports activities helps us to keep fit, physically and mentally,” he said.As part of celebrations, track and field events, including relay race, long jump, high jump, javelin throw, discus throw, kabaddi, football, and volleyball were conducted for students.Mr. Chandrasekaran distributed championship trophies and certificates to the winner in the presence of Vidya Sampath, correspondent, Banu, principal, and Lakshmi, headmistress, the release said.
