Add Android Authority on Google: TL;DR Anker’s MagGo Power Bank Pro 2 features a built-in cooling fan to keep the temperature below 96.8 degrees Fahrenheit during charges. The company claims its Laptop Charger Pro is the first charger to be able to recognize your exact laptop model. The MagStand Charging Station fits three ways to charge in one. While IFA 2026 officially starts on September 4, the major press conferences always start before the event. So far, we’ve seen a flurry of announcements from brands like Dell, HTC, XGIMI, and more. Anker has also shared some interesting news, including a trio of new chargers to be on the lookout for.Anker MagGo Power Bank Pro 2 The MagGo Power Bank Pro 2 may look like your average power bank, but this device boasts a unique feature. Inside this charger, you’ll find a built-in cooling fan. Anker claims that this cooling fan is what makes the MagGo Power Bank Pro 2 the fastest and coolest wireless power bank in the world. Regarding temperature regulation, the brand states that comparable 25W magnetic power banks tend to reach 113 degrees Fahrenheit or higher within 20 minutes of charging. Due to this heat buildup, phones tend to slow down. Meanwhile, Anker claims that its power bank remains below 96.8 degrees Fahrenheit throughout a charge. That means you won’t have to worry about heat slowing down your handset.Additional highlights include 25W max wireless charging, a 10,000mAh capacity, and the ability to recharge up to 80% in 52 minutes. There’s also a smart display that shows power, temperature, battery level, and time remaining.Anker Laptop Charger Pro Just like the power bank, Anker’s Laptop Charger Pro also has a unique feature. What makes this charger special is that it can recognize your exact laptop model. Anker says the charger has 100% recognition accuracy when it comes to Apple laptops. However, it needs the help of a desktop app to recognize 90% of Windows PCs.If you’re wondering why laptop model recognition would be necessary for a charger, it’s to optimize charging. The Laptop Charger Pro comes with a handy feature called Care Mode. By activating Care Mode, which can be turned on by a single tap, the charger matches the charging curve built for that specific laptop model. Anker says that this can help extend a battery’s lifespan by over 40%.Along with Care Mode, you get 100W max GaN, which can fully charge in 55 minutes. Anker adds that you get 65W max for Windows, 45W max for MacBooks, and 30W max for the iPhone 17.It’s also worth noting that the companion desktop app isn’t designed solely to assist with recognition. It adds OTA updates, monthly battery health reports, and lets you set custom charge limits between 80-100%.Anker MagStand Charging Station The final new charging product Anker revealed today is the MagStand Charging Station. This charging station offers three ways to keep your devices juiced up. One way is through the 25W magnetic wireless pad, the second is via the 60W retractable cable, and a 30W USB-C port acts as the third option. A few other benefits include active cooling, Overnight Care Mode, and a smart display. Anker claims that active cooling keeps your phone at 37 degrees Celsius (98.6 degrees F). Overnight Care Mode is a feature that paces the charging to finish right before your alarm, similar to Google’s adaptive charging. As for the smart display, you’ll be able to check this screen for the time, weather, and charging status.Availability The MagGo Power Bank Pro 2 and Laptop Charger Pro will be released later this month. The power bank is set to release on September 17 for $109.99. It will be available in Gray, Starlight Silver, and Polar Blue Night. The Laptop Charger Pro will cost $59.99; it does not yet have a definitive release date.It will be a longer wait for the MagStand Charging Station. Anker did not share an exact date for the release, but we can expect it to arrive sometime in the second half of 2026. Price details are also still unknown.Thank you for being part of our community.
