Angeles building collapse: Crews cut through debris to recover bodies

ANGELES CITY, Pampanga — Retrieval teams on Tuesday began preparing portions of the collapsed nine-story building in Barangay Balibago here for heavy equipment operations as authorities intensified efforts to recover those still trapped beneath the rubble. Members of the Special Rescue Force were seen using a crane as a lifeline while positioned atop unstable sections
