Aneha Reveals She and Cam Both Planned to Say “No” at Their ‘Love Is Blind’ Wedding; Producers Encouraged Them to Go Anyway

Aneha and Cam were one of the few couples to actually make it to the altar during Love Is Blind season 11, and ultimately they said “I don’t.” Aneha was technically the one to turn Cam down with a “not yet,” but she just revealed they actually discussed it ahead of time and were both planning to say no. So, why’d they even go through with the wedding? Apparently, production encouraged them to—just in case they changed their minds at the last second.“Cam and I had talked about it, and we said on both of our parts that most likely, it’s a no, but we should still go to the altar if there’s even the slightest chance that we say yes,” Aneha explained to Vulture. “Chris Coelen, the creator, talked to us about that: He said people, on the day, sometimes go from a no to a yes. And it’s worked out. That’s what we were hopeful for. We said regardless of what the answer was going to be, we’re going to stay together, whether married or engaged. But the day of it was tough because you put everything on, your family’s there, your friends are there, you’re celebrating this beautiful moment.”NetflixAneha added that “There was a feeling of disappointment mixed in with relief” when she turned Cam down, but that “I have to trust my gut. It didn’t feel right. I felt content, because we had already discussed that no matter what happens, we found each other through this amazing experience for a reason. We talked about being together in a more traditional relationship and seeing how that works. He could actually meet my family. They live in California, so it wasn’t the easiest thing for them to come meet Cam. They are shy and traditional in terms of how to marry.”Love Is Blind season 11 was filmed almost two years ago, according to Aneha, and she and Cam are both currently single. “I felt like I almost let myself down,” she said. “I wish we had more time, maybe another month.
