AMD Squeezes In A Few More Graphics Driver Updates For Linux 7.3

AMD today submitted their last planned feature updates ahead of the Linux 7.3 merge window opening later this month. In prior weeks there have been AMDGPU/AMDKFD pull requests to DRM-Next for improving GPU reset recovery on older hardware, DRM format modifier support for older hardware (the older hardware improvements courtesy of Valve), second graphics pipe for GFX11 APUs, and other updates. Now one last round of some additional feature work and fixes have been submitted ahead of the Linux 7.3 merge window opening during the second half of August.
