As reported by Deadline, it was revealed that Amazon's production of Tomb Raider broke multiple UK safety laws while filming the Turner-led series. The British Health and Safety Executive (HSE) stated that the drama breached safety laws at Shinfield Studios; Project Temple Productions Ltd breached the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations 2002.
