Supermarkets and high-street restaurant chains have already rolled out a range of early-bird festive deals. And there’s a few festive freebies to be had, too. Whether you wantmoney off that big Christmas food shop, or a complimentary fizz for the office party (can you ever really have enough?), Metro has rounded up the best early Christmas perks. Supermarkets Iceland Load £100 onto a free Iceland Bonus Club account by November 5 to bag an extra £15 Christmas bonus. Added to the regular £1 bonus for every £20 saved, you’ll end up with £20 in total free cash to spend on your Christmas feast. Remember to sign up for the free Iceland Bonus Club to collect your money on the app, website or in-store. Tesco Opt in to the Clubcard Christmas Savers scheme by 11.59pm on October 25, and you can earn up to £12 towards your Christmas pot. Shoppers can top up their account with cash to earn bonuses. Top up between £25 and £49, and Tesco will give you an extra £1.50. Putting in between £50 and £99 gets you £3, while £100 to £199 earns a £6 bonus. Anyone who adds between £200 and the maximum £360 gets £12 extra towards their festive shopping. Regular Clubcard and top-up vouchers remain valid for two years, whereas bonus vouchers expire after three months. You can sign up online or via the Tesco Grocery and Clubcard app. Marks & Spencer M&S is everyone’s favourite supermarket right now, and shoppers are already excited by its Christmas ranges (yes, the gingerbread and white chocolate cookies are back). Through the Sparks app, you can unlock up to £15 in festive rewards across flowers, food, and café purchases through January 1, 2027. These include a £5 reward for spending £20 in the M&S Cafe, £5 for spending £25 on Delacourt Champagne, and £5 when you buying flowers and plants online. The offers can be activited in the Sparks account. Spending requirements and eligibility will also apply. Asda Build up your festive fund with the Asda Christmas Savings Card and secure a bonus of up to £15 when you save £280 by 5pm on November 15. Alternatively, transfer your earnings into a Christmas Saver Cashpot via the Asda Rewards app to spend between November 20 and December 31. You’ll need at least £30 saved to qualify for any bonus, with the amount increasing depending on your balance. Dining Prezzo Italian Play party planner and pre-book a group meal from the Christmas Paty Set Menu (£23.95 for two courses or £28.95 for three) by October 31 (for dining November 10 – January 5) to claim a voucher for 2027. Small groups (1–9 people) get £25, parties of 10–19 get £50, and groups of 20+ score a whopping £100 voucher for the lead organiser. Your voucher will arrive by email the day after your meal and can be redeemed at selected Prezzo restaurants throughout 2027. Zizzi Zizzi is swapping standard festive fare for modern Italian classics this holiday season with the launch of its 2026 Christmas menu, available from November 17 through January 4 starting at £24.95 per person. To reward party organisers, the chain is offering an early bird bonus for group bookings reserved by October 15th for dining visits between November 17 and January 3. Enjoy a set menu, and even get a voucher in return! Vouchers must be used between January and March 2027. Las Iguanas Guests can dine in with the set Celebration Menu, which includes dishes like Festive Empanadas, Brazilian Bahian Curry, and Churros for only £22.95 for two courses or £27.95 for three courses. In addition to traditional set dining, the restaurant offers a Festive Bottomless Brunch available from November 10 to December 30, starting at £43.95 per person for two hours of unlimited cocktails, prosecco, or beer paired with a brunch dish. Banana Tree Banana Tree are also offering a Celebration Menu, running from November 10 to January 6, 2027. For £23.95 for two courses or £27.95 for three, dishes such as the Mekong Prawns and Mango Rice Pudding are available. Plus, guests will get a welcome drink, or a non-alcoholic alternative. Wagamama Book the festive set menu by October 15 (for dining November 18 – January 5 2027) to claim a free glass of Prosecco (or a non-alcoholic alternative) at Wagamama. The Christmas menu costs £23 per person for two courses or £28 for three, and is available at participating restaurants in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. Customers can get a three-course Christmas Set Menu for only £29.95 when you pre-book and dine between November 12 and November 30. Blue Light cardholders get 20% off the à la carte menu plus a free glass of Prosecco to celebrate even more. £30 for a three-course Christmas meal? Additionally, you can only have a maximum of 8 guests per one Blue Light code. For parties of more than 8 guests, additional valid Blue Light codes will be required. If only one code is presented, the discount will only be applied to 8 guests. All guests within the same booking must dine from the same menu. The à la carte and Christmas Set Menus cannot be mixed. The offers can not be used alongside other discounts, such as student or birthday promotions. ASK Italian Savvy festive party planners can grab a bargain this holiday season as ASK Italian unveils its Early Bird Christmas dining offer. The restaurant chain is offering a ‘Christmas Early Bird’ festive menu for groups of six or more to get three courses for the price of two, at £24.95, when dining between November 17 and December 6. Any extra side dishes or menu add-ons are charged at standard rates. And that’s not all. Like Prezzo, the organiser can get a £30 voucher if the group is ten or more people, or £60 for parties of over 20. Vouchers will be sent the day after dining. Pizza Express PizzaExpress has unveiled its Christmas menu deal, giving diners the chance to tuck into a starter and a main course for just £20. Bookings are already open for festive get-togethers, corporate gatherings, and group celebrations, allowing parties of all sizes to secure a table ahead of the peak holiday rush. Dishing up festive crowd-pleasers like the Cinnamon Bun Cheesecake, the restaurant chain is offering two-course meals starting from £21.50 and three courses from £25.50. Bella Italia Offering festive and fan-favourite dishes such as their Christmas Carbonara, with pigs in blankets and stuffing crumbs, and their Camembert Pizza, Bella Italia has unveiled its latest set menu offer. Diners can indulge in an affordable Italian feast with two courses for £21.45 or three courses for £24.45. To sweeten the deal, guests will be presented with a complimentary drink on arrival, choosing from a glass of Prosecco, Birra Moretti (and their alcohol free version), an Aperol spritz or a soft drink. Tables of eight or more must order from the Festive Menu. TGI Fridays TGI Fridays is bringing classic American comfort food and holiday cheer to celebrations across the UK. The high-street diner is offering a two-course set menu starting at £24.95 and three courses for £30.95. Bookings for 6 and over require a £5 deposit per person. Ditching peak dates for a quieter festive outing can save you serious cash. Off-peak adult tickets for Christmas at Kew, such as Thursday, November 19, cost £29.50 (including a £1 booking fee) compared to £37 on peak nights, such as Saturday, November 21. Family passes (two adults, two kids) drop from £108 to £89. Off-peak dates include select midweek nights in late November and early December. Butlins Planning a festive getaway? Train travel Sorting out your journey home early can also yield substantial savings. Advance rail tickets typically go on sale 12 weeks before travel — meaning festive tickets are dropping now. According to Trainline, booking Advance tickets saves an average of 61%.
