Even more chaos (Picture: ITV/Shutterstock) A face from the past re-emerges, someone suffers in silence and a troubled teen’s behaviour gets darker next week in Coronation Street. Driven further in her insidious behaviour, a rejection from Kit Green (Jacob Roberts) only fuels Jodie Ramsey’s (Olivia Frances-Brown) insidious behaviour, and when she learns a shocking truth, she relishes toying with a new victim. As her dad returns, desperate to reunite with Shona Platt (Julia Goulding), will he be the one to finally expose his daughter’s true, dark colours? Bethany Platt (Lucy Fallon) is one of the very few people to realise what Jodie’s truly like, but when she finds herself the target of Jodie’s wicked game, could her relationship with her mum, Sarah Platt (Tina O’Brien), be destroyed for good? The catalyst for Jodie’s turn, Kit, is facing his own turmoil, as a shocking decision throws him even further off-kilter as he comes to terms with his terrifying new reality. Could his unlikely new ally, Todd Grimshaw (Gareth Pierce), help him as he navigates the scary road ahead? Deeply disturbed teenager, Lucy Parkinson’s (Anya Dewin) behaviour continues to unnerve Tim and Sally Metcalfe (Joe Duttine and Sally Dynevor), but when she starts to put other people in danger, will they decide that Lucy’s simply too much for them to handle? Elsewhere, Carla Connor-Swain (Alison King) attempts to help Betsy Swain (Sydney Martin) look to the future and David Platt’s (Jack P Shepherd) return brings worry to Shona.
