As with every month, HBO Max is once again adding exciting superhero releases, and this time around, fans of both the Marvel and DC universes will have new projects and older releases to watch on the streaming service in November. Both DC and Marvel are having a huge October, though one does so on the big screen, while the other is on the small screen. For DC, the third movie in James Gunn's DCU, Clayface, was released in theaters on October 23. The R-rated Batman villain movie has grossed $50.7 million worldwide at the time of writing against a reported budget of $40 million. With Halloween coming up, there is a solid chance that the superhero body horror movie will get a box office boost from it. As for Marvel, the franchise released the latest MCU TV show on Disney+, VisionQuest, on October 13. The new Marvel series has quickly taken over the streamer's charts, bringing back Paul Bettany's Vision and James Spader's Ultron, as well as introducing exciting MCU players like Ruaridh Mollica's Thomas Shepherd, T'Nia Miller's Jocasta, and more. Choose the movie with the higher Rotten Tomatoes score. Now, rather than watch new releases from the MCU and the DCU, superhero fans can turn to wider franchise movies and TV shows next month. As part of the new releases on HBO Max in November 2026, two movies focusing on Marvel characters and two TV shows starring DC's biggest heroes are coming to the streamer. Here are all four Marvel and DC releases coming to HBO Max in November: 4 The Wolverine - November 1 First up is Hugh Jackman's The Wolverine, which is the sole Marvel or DC release alongside a packed slate on the first day of November. The Wolverine is Jackman's second solo movie as the Marvel mutant, following the infamous X-Men Origins: Wolverine. It would be followed by James Mangold's Logan, the trilogy's finale, which stands as one of the best superhero movies of all time. The Wolverine takes Jackman's X-Men hero to Japan, where he reconnects with his past and deals with the "ghost" of Famke Janssen's Jean Grey haunting him after her death in X-Men: The Last Stand. The Wolverine is Mangold's first Marvel movie, with Shōgun star Hiroyuki Sanada appearing as Shingen Yashida. The Wolverine is an action-packed movie with Logan fighting samurai, with the change in scenery making it a unique X-Men release. 3 Batwheels Season 3G - November 6 And Batwheels Season 4 - November 27 Ethan Hawke's Batwheels is not taking the foot off the throttle. Not only will the Batman meets Cars animated series return for the final stretch of season 3 next month when Batwheels season 3G releases on HBO Max on November 6, but the show has been renewed. HBO Max has confirmed that Batwheels season 4 will debut on November 27, starting in the same month that the previous season ends. This is a unique development for Hawke's Batman series, marking a first for Batwheels. It only shows DC's confidence in the project as a major attraction for young viewers. Hawke's Batman performance is also a must-watch for older fans, as the actor plays a comics-accurate, darker Batman despite the overall lighter tone of the DC animated series. Batwheels also features heroes like the Flash, Aquaman, Nightwing, Batgirl, and many more. 2 Madame Web - November 14 Madame Web is a controversial movie from Sony's Spider-Man Universe. The film dances around its connection to Peter Parker, aka Spider-Man, going as far as to include Adam Scott as Ben Parker, aka the iconic Uncle Ben, and Emma Roberts as Mary Parker, Ben's sister-in-law, who is pregnant with Peter. That said, Madame Web's main focus is on Dakota Johnson's Cassie Webb, who is a clairvoyant trying to control her powers. When Cassie's visions show her that a Spider-Man-like villain will kill the teenagers Julia Cornwall, Anya Corazón, and Mattie Franklin, she steps in and the four embark on a fight for survival. Sydney Sweeney and Superman's Hawkgirl actress, Isabela Merced, also star as two of the teenagers destined to become Spider-Women. 1 Krypto Saves the Day! Season 2C - November 27 Finally, Krypto Saves the Day! Season 2C marks the latest release in the DC animated series. While the show is not canon to James Gunn's DC Universe, the Krypto animated series is inspired by that franchise and its characters, both in terms of designs and situations. In Krypto Saves the Day! Season 2, Supergirl has grown to play a major role, with characters like Superman, Lobo, Lex Luthor, and more also showing up alongside the Girl of Steel and the title Super Dog. On November 27, young viewers can get ready for new laughs when Krypto returns for another shocking situation.
