The Pokémon Company has shared the full 22-minute 30th anniversary anthem that namechecks every Pokémon ever released. READ MORE: The biggest video game concerts you can’t miss in 2026 Announced earlier this year, ‘Pokémon All Stars 1025’ is sung by Japanese artist Masayoshi Oishi and features the names of all 1025 Pokémon that exist across the universe of games, trading cards, movies and TV shows. The first chapter of the project was released back in April and yesterday (September 3), the full 22-minute song was shared in its entirety alongside an impressive, hand-crafted scrapbook with a dedicated page for each ‘mon. The ending of the video also briefly teases the three new starters that will be introduced in next year’s Pokémon Winds & Waves. The ‘What’s Your Favourite’ anniversary campaign was designed to “illustrate the brand’s mission to bring people together through a shared love of Pokémon and honour its growing audience of diverse, global and multigenerational fans across three decades.” The advert also featured BLACKPINK’s JISOO, Trevor Noah, F1 driver Charles Leclerc, Puerto Rican rapper Young Miko, Spanish soccer star Lamine Yamal and actor Maitreyi Ramakrishnan talking about their favourite Pokémon. Ed Sheeran surprised fans at the Pokémon World Championship earlier this week by performing his Scarlet & Violet anthem ‘Celestial’ alongside an acoustic run-through of the original theme for the anime. Later this year, Marshmello will headline a pair of Pokémon ‘Night Out’ EDM gigs in London and LA, alongside Alison Wonderland as part of the ongoing 30th anniversary celebrations. Next year will see the release of brand new animated movie Wild Card, which will tells “the exciting story of a Pokémon TCG player and his partner Mimikyu”. World Championship attendees were also given their first look at stop-motion Disney+ series The Misadventures of Sirfetch’d & Pichu which was created by Wallace & Gromit studio Aardman.
