Viewers of the ITV show were left worried earlier this month when Alison rushed out of the studio appearing to clutch her chest. The presenter, 51, was checked out at a hospital, where she shared an assuring video to fans, saying she suffered a panic attack. Today, the TV host appeared on This Morning cheerful but donning a visible wrist support. No this isn’t an MJ [Michael Jackson] style, this is because […] what happened?’ Alison, who had paired the wrist aid with gold jewellery, revealed she tripped while filming a TikTok. She said: ‘I was doing a little TikTok with my friend and basically there was a rock in the middle of the floor and I didn’t see it because I had sunglasses on. ‘It was a decorative rock, I didn’t have my glasses on, didn’t see the rock.. fell over the rock.’ This Morning co-host Dermot O’Leary quizzed Alison about her wrist support (Picture: Ken McKay/ITV/Shutterstock) Dermot revealed he had seen the footage of the fall and testified that she suffered a ‘proper plant.’ The 51-year-old admitted she really ‘went down’ but is ‘fine’ now. She added: ‘I’m a little bit injured, but I’ve got it all strapped up. But I think it looks sick!’ Alison returned to This Morning on Friday, days after the incident, which happened halfway through a segment about pets. It was surreal. ‘I felt like I went into the other world, what’s that show that I love? Stranger Things, when you go into the upside-down world. ‘I couldn’t grasp my breath. It was a panic attack. ‘I feel guilty that I didn’t have a heart condition or anything. It was such a fuss. ‘I’ve never experienced anything like that. ‘Secondly, it was live on TV, so I thought: ‘Oh my gosh, my son might be watching,’ so I just ran. I ran off TV.
